FAQs: 

What is the dress code? 

Black tie or smart, with a Western twist. Please be aware that the event is outside on grass, so do dress appropriately for the weather and terrain. Wellies, cowboy boots and/or block heels are encouraged if needed! 

Can I come if I'm not a current student at the RAU? 

YES! More the merrier - alumni, students, staff, friends, family are all welcome! 

Is there a cloakroom at the event?

Yes, this will be manned throughout the night

What should I do if I feel unwell/injure myself during the event?

First Aid provisions will be available for the duration of the event

Where should I park? 

Please note the front, Tetbury Road entrance will be closed off before and during this event. Please park and access campus via the Stroud Road entrance. Parking is free on site, but spaces are limited. 

Can I leave the event & re-enter?

Yes, wristbands must remain on during the entire event, and will be checked in order re-enter the event. Any wristbands that have been tampered with will be deemed as void and another ticket must be purchased. 

Do I need ID?

All ticketholders must provide photo ID. A strict no-U18s policy is in place for this event.
