Conditions of Entry

• All policies of RAUSU and RAU apply to the event. 

• RAUSU will not be responsible for any lost or stolen tickets or wristbands, and any lost or stolen tickets or wristbands will not be replaced.

• Only customers with a valid ticket will be admitted to the event.

•  Attendees must wear their wristband at all times during the event.

• The event is an over 18 event, therefore all ticket holders must be over the age of 18.

• No admission will be permitted after 11pm.

• Entry to the event will be using an event wristband and Student ID (for student tickets) and proof of age ID (for all tickets) if requested. Valid forms of ID are a UK Driving licence, Passport, Citizen Card or PASS card.

• Admission will be refused to persons who appear or act in a manner that gives rise to reasonable suspicion that they may be under the influence of drink or controlled substances/legal highs.

• We reserve the right to search all persons and personal property upon entry to and while at the event. Prohibited items include alcohol, drugs, glass items, candles, knives, animals, smoke canisters, poles, banners and any items in the discretion of the Event Management Team or security staff which are considered to be a risk to the safety of those attending the event, affect the enjoyment of others and/or the running of the event. If you refuse to be searched, you will be denied entry to the event. 

• Known guests and alumni are allowed. RAU students are responsible for the behaviour of their guests while they are at the event.

• One person of authority from the Event Management Team will have a clipboard on the main gate for anybody with extenuating circumstances who wishes to temporarily leave the event. They will be given a time window by the person of authority and will have to get back to into the event within the given time frame.

• The Event Management Team's decisions are final.

Conditions of the Event

• The line-up of the event cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to change.
• Performance times are subject to change.
• Ticket holders give consent to filming and sound recording for the purposes of future promotion of Foxpro Events, RAUSU and RAU.
• We will not make any refund or meet the costs of any alternative travel arrangements or for any loss of enjoyment or other indirect loss as a result of the Event not running to the advertised times.
• Proof of age may be requested at any time whilst at the event.
• Performance areas are subject to capacity and your ticket does not guarantee the viewing of acts.
• Free tap water is always available at a designated location.
• Customers who are drunk or who appear to be drunk will be refused service. If you are refused service, please respect our decision.
• Pressuring others to drink dangerous mixtures or excessive quantities of alcohol is not permitted and will not be tolerated.
• RAUSU have a zero-tolerance policy against substance abuse.
• RAUSU have a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination and/or harassment in any form.
• It is an offence to obtain alcohol for someone who is intoxicated or underage.
• Any customer found to be purchasing or obtaining alcohol for someone who is drunk will be asked to leave the event.
• If your behaviour indicates that you have consumed an excessive amount of alcohol you will be asked to leave the event.
• There will be no re-admission to the event if a person leaves. Only under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the security team will you be allowed to leave the event and re-enter.
• The Event Management Team’s decisions are final.
•  Please leave and get home quietly with respect for local residents.
• No drinks can be taken off the premises.

Re-entry

There is no re-entry policy, however, should there be extenuating circumstances there will be a sign out system on the front gate. This will be managed by the Event Management Team so there is a level of consistency with the re-entry process.
