Your Students' Union will be closed from Friday 19 December until Wednesday 14 January 2026. Most services on campus will be closed from lunchtime on Wednesday 24 December 2025 until Friday 2 January 2026. Student Services will be monitoring their inbox until 1pm on Wednesday 24 December and will then resume again from Friday 2 January 2026.
If you are staying on campus or in Cirencester during the break, support is available and Porter's Lodge is staffed 24/7. You can contact them by phone on 01285 889834 / 07960031821 or in person.
Student Services are hosting an event for anyone who is staying on campus to meet other students who are staying over the Winter Break. Join them from 1pm - 2pm on Tuesday 23 December in the Student Lounge.
