Thank you to the 399 of you who voted in this year’s Students’ Union President election. 

We’re pleased to announce your Students’ Union President 2026/27 is George Murphy. Congratulations George!

Your new President will officially take up their role on 23 July 2026 after a period of handover with your current President, Robin Brown. 

We want to say a massive thank you and well done to all of our candidates this year. We know running in an election is a big decision and we have enjoyed supporting your campaigns. You should be very proud!
